▶ We do not charge any additional taxes beyond the final payment amount in order to lessen the burden on our customers. Your order will be shipped without any declared taxes. However, please note that in some cases, the courier may request additional charges independently of us.

▶ Products purchased from us can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery. All items being returned must be properly packaged and in their original condition. For more details regarding exchanges or returns, please email us and we will get back to you. (Please note that we may not be able to assist with returns or exchanges that have not been confirmed in advance.)

▶ Please note that for returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

▶ If you discover a defect in the product, please contact us at the email address below within 7 days of receiving your package.*Please note that worn items cannot be exchanged or refunded, even if they are defective.

▶ Please note that the customer is only entitled to refund or replacement for a major problem with a product for final sale/ custom designs such as personal engraving jewelry, or jewelry items (bracelet, necklace, anklet, ring and belly button ring).

▶ MinimalBijoux is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit coming back to us for a return.

▶ Refunds will be processed within 2–3 days from the date we receive the returned package. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.

To reach 14k gold, our gold is alloyed with copper and silver, making the breakdown the following-- 58.5% pure gold, 30% silver, and 11.5% copper. * All nickel free.

• For a light cleaning, we recommend using a mild dish soap and warm water, or a branded jewelry wipe. For a deeper clean, we recommend using a Magnasonic cleaner, which is ideal for removing tiny particles that get trapped in hard to reach areas.

[ Plated Jewelry Care ]
To avoid color change, do not expose your plated jewelry to water, cleaning solvents or other chemicals as it will affect the color and finish of the product.

[ Solid Gold Jewelry Care ]
Gold Jewelry is softer than other materials and the shape can be easily deformed with a pressure.

• Regarding the discoloration you noticed, both gold and cubic zirconia can naturally appear darker over time due to everyday wear and the accumulation of residue from lotions, soaps, and environmental exposure. This is not tarnishing of the gold itself, but rather surface buildup.
  
  A simple cleaning method often restores the original shine:
  - Prepare a bowl of hot water with a few drops of mild dish soap.
  - Let the jewelry soak for a few minutes.
  - Rinse and pat dry.

We recommend trying this at home, as it should help bring your piece back to its bright, beautiful state.

• The best way is that you know your correct piercing size by yourself to visit your near piercing shop or if you have previous piercing then check the size before ordering.

• Piercing gauge and bar length are most important and every person have different ear size and shape. So we only can recommend you the standard size. Please check our Piercing size guide.

The gauge refers to the overall thickness of an earring's post or a ring.

• 16 gauge 1.2 mm thickness of the post
• 18 gauge 1.0 mm thickness of the post
• 20 gauge 0.8 mm thickness of the post (regular earring post thickness)

and The Length literally refers to the length of post. You should determine the right length depending on the thickness of your ear.
